MultiTO 2010 - Never Swim Alone!
Here you have few words about MultiTO from each of our fEB members :)
Kamila:
“The most extraordinary game I have ever played was Samurai Game. It checks our teamwork, responsiblity among a group of people and trust which is really important in achieving one goal. And because of the game of course we integrated with each other better and we knew better our strenghts and weaknesses while fighting together.”
Bartek:
"It was our first national conference together. I knew thatit will be something special but what it turned into far exceeded my expectations! Now I feel that we are a real team! We had great fun all the time and I think thatToruń was one of the most recognizable delegations on that conference. Everyone of us could meet their commissions, so we had occasion to talk with the guys just like us from other cities. It was great experience to share my opinion with them and talk about interesting us issues. I can honestly say that it was the best conference in my life.Hopefully, until INPUT :D"
Ola:
“Multito ! come on guys !! It was amazing conference!! We had a good fun together and we also integrated with other delegations. Few of us were talking with fMCP, some of us were dancing with her. We had interesting sessions about team management, feedback etc. Other people told us that we seem to like each other and we are integrated - it was really nice to hear it :) Together we took part in boatracing, but unfortunately we only won brownmedal ;). On Saturday we were playing Samurai game. By this game we checked our strength, motivation, coordination, memory and specially endurance. This few hours of play showed us how important is the leader, rallying point, good strategy, observations and teamwork. We understood that every member is important to achieve our aim. “
Dorota:
“MultiTO was great! I have meet a lot of interesting people who are really willing to help :) I have excellent commission. I think that they will help me when I had a problem. The atmosphere was also great and the Global Village was...Do not ask about Olsztyn Hardcors :)
Maja:
“MultiTO - it was by far the coolest AIESEC conference at which I was. I met there on a lot of interesting people, not only from the ICX Commission. We had plenty of trainings and game - Samurai Game, which has allowed us (fEB) to get to know each other better. I have great Commission. It suppose to be a great term 10/11. May it continue:)”
Eunika:
“MultiTO 2010 was a really special conference for me because it was my first conference when I participated with my new EB TEAM! :) Four days of sessions, integration (both with EB and other LCs), fun and wondering in which way we should go, in which direction AIESEC in Poland should aim. I will never forget those great moments with my EB - when we were talking, dancing, laughing, playing e.g. psychologist - knowing each other better. I know that next term will be really successful - because I'm sure that each one of VPs will do the best to achieve what they planed.”
