We have great team day in Pieniny Mountain:)
We had been sightseeing Nidzica Castle and floating in gondola. In the evening we were together on very delicious dinner.

We spent together awsome time!!

Middle Management Seminar

Hello Guys!

As you know 19-20 of September we had MMS with lots of workshops. First day was about selling with our Alumni Paweł Soszyński.

I encourage people who participated in that session to share here - how was it, what have you learned from it etc.

Then we had Grill Alumni (barbecue). More information about this event soon :-) Next day there were sessions about exchange, delegating and coaching.

I don't know wheather you know but yesterday (Sep 7th) it was very special day. One of our EB members couple of years ago... :) ...was born.

It was really cool evening which I spent with my dear EB. Were talking, laughing and just enjoying that time drinking wine, eating icecreams and delicious cake made by Kinga's parents :)

Train the Trainers 2009

Hello Guys!

I've just came back from Wrocław as I was there on TtT Conference. I have to say that it was really wonderful weekend for me - meeting with people and sharing knowledge, integrating with people from different LCs but what is the most important - intensive learning not only theory but practise.


We had to prepare our own session about our passion, got feedback to this session and the next day we had to prepare another session in pairs. I was with Marlene from AIESEC in Austria, amazing person from which I have learnt very much.


Then we have also got feedback about auto presentation sklls, materials used, group management, structure and timing and subject realization. Thanks to this I know that I will be better Trainer and I can provide the knowledge in more effective way.

I encourage you to participate in AutCo 2009 - this is your chance to realize your goals. You have to use each opportunity to learn - not only about AIESEC - but also about yourself :)
